We offer 4 independent ensuite rooms, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Our rooms are sunny, bright and all are provided with private bathroom with hot water.
All our rooms and common areas are equipped with free WIFI. You can also relax in the common areas with cable TV, cook your own breakfast or lunch in our fully equipped kitchen or wash your clothes in the Patio.

Historical center Quito.
Just a few minutes from the Guest House, you can find the historic center of Quito, the largest one in South America as well as one of the first World Cultural Heritage Sites. Here you can easily go back and rediscover 1000 years of history. It is located about 10 minutes from our GUEST HOUSE.
LA BASÍLICA.
The Basilica is one of the most important pieces of neo-gothic Ecuadorian architecture. It is located about 8 minutes from our GUEST HOUSE, in the city’s center, specifically on Carchi and Venezuela streets, right next to the Convent of the Oblatos fathers. The Basilica for its style and structure is often compared to two of the greatest cathedrals of the world: Saint Patrick’s Cathedral in New York and the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris.
PARQUE ITCHIMBIA .
This park is located on the slopes of the hill Itchimbia in the eastern part of the Historical Centre of Quito. It is about 5 minutes from our GUEST HOUSE. It has an extension of 54 hectares and has an altitude of 2,910 meters above sea level. It is the only viewpoint in the city that offers a 360-degree view of Quito and its surroundings.
