Description
Room #6 is a comfortable space with private bath. It overlooks Valparaiso Street. Close to Itchimbía Park and Quito’s historic center. You have access to the Guest House with all its services, to the apartment and your room with your own keys. This allows you to enter and exit independently.
The services that you will have access to in the Guest House are a fully equipped kitchen, inner courtyard, terrace and living room. Of course, you will have a WIFI signal in your room.
However, remember that there are certain rules in the Guest House:
- Arrival time is 08:00 am. We adapt to your departure time to make it as comfortable as possible.
- You cannot park on the property. There are Garages nearby with an additional price.
- It is necessary to use the stairs – Room #6 is on the first floor.
- There are common areas to be shared: living room, kitchen, balcony and interior patio.
- Five dollar increase for two people.
Cancellation Policy:
Before 48 hours without penalty. When there are 48 hours or less 50% refund.
For long stays:
Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. Cleaning of the entire host once a week and renovation of toilet paper.

Spacious room with a great view. The bed was comfortable and had our own private bathroom. The house is near the Old Town and very near to most main attractions. Transportation is easily available and you can walk to nearby places to shop for groceries. I highly recommend the Quito Guest House. D
