Room #7 has the same amenities as the rest but has more space in the room and in the private bathroom. With lots of light and beautiful views, your best option in the Guest House. It overlooks Valparaiso Street. Close to Itchimbía Park and Quito’s historic center. You have access to the Guest House with all its services, to the apartment and your room with your own keys. This allows you to enter and exit independently.

The services that you will have access to in the Guest House are a fully equipped kitchen, inner courtyard, terrace and living room. Of course, you will have a WIFI signal in your room.

However, remember that there are certain rules in the Guest House:

1. Arrival time is 08:00 am. We adapt to your departure time to make it as comfortable as possible.
2. You cannot park on the property. There are Garages nearby with an additional price.
3. It is necessary to use the stairs – Room #7 is on the first floor.
4. There are common areas to be shared: living room, kitchen, balcony and interior patio.
5. Five dollar increase for two people.

Cancellation Policy:

Before 48 hours without penalty. When there are 48 hours or less 50% refund.

For long stays:

Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. Cleaning of the entire host once a week and renovation of toilet paper.
